Moody's downgrades US banks, warns of possible cuts to others

International credit rating agency Moody's has lowered the credit ratings of several small and medium-sized banks in the United States. It also announced the possibility of downgrading ratings for major banks, including Bank of New York Mellon, US Bancorp, and State Street.
