Stabbing attack in Paris leaves 3 injured

PARIS -- Three people were injured in a stabbing attack Saturday at the Gare de Lyon railway station in southeastern Paris, France, local media reported.
The incident took place at around 8 am (0700 GMT). Two of the victims were slightly injured while the third one was seriously wounded but not in a life-threatening situation, said the report, citing a police source.
"The suspect did not shout (any religious slogans) during his action," the police source said. "He showed the police an Italian driving licence."
