Flowers bloom against Beijing's ancient walls

Plum, peach, and winter jasmine blossoms were in full bloom at Beijing's Ming Dynasty City Wall Relics Park on Wednesday, coinciding with the Spring Equinox, or Chunfen, which is the fourth solar period in the traditional Chinese calendar.

Vibrant flowers, unfurled against the backdrop of the ancient city walls, creating a picturesque backdrop that captivates hoards of visitors who go to the park to enjoy the spring beauty.
