Documentary spotlights revered Chinese scholar

Why have so many outstanding talents emerged in Hunan in modern times? It's all because of this philosopher. He built upon the Confucian tradition, influencing statecraft scholarship of the late Qing Dynasty. Unknown in his lifetime, he shaped generations of Hunan's intellectuals and the soul of China itself after his death. His name was Wang Fuzhi, revered by history as Master Chuanshan. The documentary Master Chuanshan is now being broadcast at 19:30 every day from May 12 to 15 on Hunan Satellite TV and Mango TV.
