DPRK says S. Korean military conducted 'serious provocation'

PYONGYANG - The South Korean military on Tuesday conducted "a serious provocation," firing more than 10 warning shots at the DPRK soldiers who were conducting a permanent barrier project near the southern borderline, the official Korean Central News Agency reported Saturday, citing a senior military official.
