A truck was stopped on a highway near Beijing for exceeding by 2.1m its width on Nov 11, 2011, and was detained for 13 days, until the truck's owner came, who was then charged about 4,000 yuan a day, 50,000 yuan ($7,930.21) in total, for parking.
