The 2010 Yangzhou and Gulf Arab States Petrochemical Industrial Cooperation Forum opens on Yangzhou city, East China's Jiangsu province on June 26, 2012.

The forum is cosponsored by the Economic Cooperation Center of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, the CPC Yangzhou Committee and Yangzhou People's Government.

Officials from relevant Chinese institutions, business leaders, diplomats from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, and representatives from some Gulf petrochemical agencies and enterprises will attend the Forum. Vice-Minister Li Jinjun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary Wang Yanwen from the CPC Yangzhou Committee addressed the opening ceremony.
