Beijing has tightened security for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2014 Third Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM3) and related meetings. The event is held in the city between Aug 6 and 21. The Dongcheng district public security bureau has dispatched 1,400 policemen and 26 police dogs to patrol the city everyday during the meeting.[Photo/IC]
