BEIJING -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao returned to Beijing Friday night after attending a UN summit on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and the general debate of the 65th session of the UN General Assembly.

Wen also attended a summit of the UN Security Council member states and a high-level discussion panel on AIDS and MDGs.

During the stay, Wen met with US President Barack Obama, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and other foreign leaders. He also met celebrities from the US economic and financial community, Sino-US friendship groups, overseas Chinese and foreign media.
