That is Chen Lin's routine work as the main director at funerals. Born in 1986, Chen Lin is a professional funeral director and the head of funeral ceremonies at the Qianjiang Cemetery. Early, at 6 am, he and two other young men often rehearse at the cemetery before a funeral ceremony. Although young, their rigorous attitude makes them look mature at work.

"Every thing at the funeral ceremony is important for it's the last chance to say goodbye to the dead. We should respect them through our professional work. It's not only the comfort to the relatives, but also our work standard," Chen said.

Chen said he received strict training at the Tianjin Yongan Cemetery "with the same level of requirements of the national flag group training, teachers will measure the angle of our hands and height of our feet to the centimeter." He also trained the staff in Hangzhou to keep the basic action right.
