China's heaviest woman aims to fit in wedding dress

Every woman dreams of being her most beautiful self in her wedding dress on her wedding day. Although China's heaviest woman, from Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, missed the boat initially, she is still working hard to realize this dream.

Liu Tingting, 26, who was named the heaviest woman in China at 220 kg, successfully lost 51.5 kg after treatment at a hospital in Changchun, Northeast China's Jilin province in the past four months, which takes her halfway to realizing her dream, chinanews.com reported on Tuesday.

Due to her obesity, Liu did not put on a wedding dress when she got married in 2011. Unfazed, she has decided to hold a second wedding ceremony after achieving her weight-loss target.

110-year-old veteran has a family of six generations, in our next story.
