Crazy father ties baby to steering wheel

A video on appledaily.com showing a Taiwanese father tying his one-month-old baby to a steering wheel has sparked controversy online, as Internet users expressed concern for the safety of the baby.

Although the car is parked, the father turns the steering wheel from right to left, making the baby move and even tilt upside down. The mother giggles at them, until the baby started to cry and she asked the father to untie the baby.

Wang Wei-Jun, the director of the Taiwanese Committee for the Improvement of Children's Rights, said although it didn't seem like intentional abuse, the parents were a bad example and that the activity is dangerous.
