New opportunities for the clothing market

The shops at the new location are larger than the merchants' previous ones, and, in recent days, some merchants have seen an average daily turnover of more than 20,000 yuan ($3167) a day, a big jump from earlier.

Meanwhile, in order to better serve these merchants, they have been offered a 10-year lease, a three-year rent fee, and a one-year property fee exemption.

The new market was particularly busy before the recent Spring Festival, when streams of purchasers from across the nation converged on this new market.
