Top 10 busiest airports by passenger traffic in H1
Beijing Capital International Airport remained the world's second-busiest airport by passenger traffic, witnessing 49.38 million passengers in the first half of the year, said Civil Aviation Data Analysis, a civil aviation data platform based in Shanghai, on Aug 2.
The list, comprising 17 international airports around the world, ranks airports in terms of passenger traffic as of the end of June. Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport remained the world's busiest airport, with passenger traffic of 52.64 million in the first six months, while Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi saw the fastest growth of passengers with an increase of 13.41 percent during the same period.
