Enjoy the glorious moon at Mid-Autumn Festival

Combining his love for astronomy and photography physics graduate Laveder created the collection, called Games Lunar (Moon Games), on a beach near his home in France.

Scenes in the 36-year-old's photos appear to defy gravity as he creates images of children playing catch with the moon and even creates images of professional basketball player Mathieu Tensorer dribbling the moon.

Photos were taken in December 2010.
