Top 10 most downloaded business apps in China
Online meeting and mobile communication apps have become hot in app stores, as Chinese companies are more frequently adopting a remote working model after work resumes amid the novel coronavirus outbreak.
According to an analysis released by Sike on Feb 15, the high-end think tank of Xinhua News Agency, apps for remote working and online meetings accounted for nine spots of the top 10 most-downloaded apps in the business sector during the epidemic period. DingTalk ranked first, followed by Tencent Meeting, WeChat Work and Zoom. Boss Recruitment, the job-hunting app, ranked fifth.
As of today, DingTalk, developed by Alibaba Group, has offered remote working services for more than 200 million employees from 10 million enterprises, with functions including virtual meetings, livestreaming, work attendance records and financial transaction management.
