Top 20 Chinese cities to beat the heat

The market size for summer tourism in China has ballooned to 1.2 to 1.5 trillion yuan ($165.89-$207.36 billion), the China Tourism Academy said in a recent report.

Along with general statistics and advice on the summer tourism season and how to enhance it, the academy listed its rankings of the best cities and counties to avoid the summer heat. The cities they chose are as follows.
