Shanghai rescue team in action in Zhuozhou

As of the end of Aug 3, the team Z-Care rescued over 200 people, including paralyzed elderly and newborns.
Apart from the seven rescuers on the frontlines, another 11 Z-Care members are providing operational support from Shanghai, helping the team in Zhuozhou navigate through the flooded areas and coming up with rescue plans.
Zhou Yi, who works at a company affiliated to the Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, is among these 11 people.
According to Zhou, the team is one of the best-equipped rescue teams currently operating in Zhuozhou. In addition to boats, Z-Care's also utilizes hi-tech drones and electric leakage detection devices.
