China's top 10 county-level cities

China's top 100 county-level cities was published with Jiangsu province dominating with six positions among the top 10 counties and also holds the top four spots, according to a report released by the market research firm CCID Consulting in July.

The report evaluates counties based on economic strength, growth potential, prosperity and green sustainability.

Among the top 100 counties, 54 have achieved a 100 billion-yuan GDP, collectively totaling 8.6 trillion yuan ($1.18 trillion), contributing to 7.1 percent of the national economy.
