Photographers to spotlight Guizhou's engineering marvels

Guizhou, a landlocked province characterized by its rugged terrain of mountains and canyons, presents a stunning yet challenging landscape for transportation infrastructure development.

Despite these formidable natural obstacles, builders in the region have persevered, surmounting significant hurdles to enhance connectivity with the outside world. Their efforts have resulted in the construction of highways that soar hundreds of meters above the ground, exemplified by the ongoing Huajiang Canyon Bridge project, set to open to traffic in 2025.
