Under Guangzhou Lingnan Group, a State-owned tourism and food company in Guangzhou, the Bocuse d'Or 2024 China Selection competition was presented by Bocuse d'Or Academy China and LN Holding.

Stefan Stiller, president of Bocuse d'Or Academy China, said a platform and stage was built for chefs to demonstrate their cooking skills and exchange their ideas. It is a launching pad from which chefs head to the international stage, he said.

Jiang Guoyuan, deputy Party chief and general manager of Guangzhou Lingnan Group, noted that this year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. It is also the China-France cultural and tourism year.
