Chinese who gave their all on the battlefield honored

At the opening ceremony Ma Jingdong, representing descendants of Chinese laborers, told of his grandfather's time as a Chinese worker abroad in World War I.

The exhibition is presented in eight sections, showcasing more than 500 historical images, along with over 80 artifacts linked to the Chinese laborers from museums throughout China.

The exhibition runs until Sept 1.
