Dazzling gala dinner celebrates Chinese craftsmanship and design exhibition in Paris

The custom porcelain used during the banquet, named "Midnight in Paris - Stars and Lights," was another highlight of the evening. Ceramics, a symbol of Chinese culture and embodiment of the artisanal spirit, has always been China's ambassador to the world.

The design of this tableware is the work of Xu Hui, heir to the celadon of the traditional Yue kiln and dean of the ceramics art and design school at Jingdezhen Art University. Production was handled by RedLeaf Ceramics, a company that perpetuates the thousand-year tradition of Jingdezhen kilns while constantly innovating, earning it the nickname "Modern Official Kiln."
