HONG KONG - Giant panda twins, born to Ying Ying, a giant panda gifted by the central government to Hong Kong, celebrated their 100th day on Saturday.

Ocean Park Hong Kong held a celebration event on Saturday to mark the occasion. Many visitors, dressed in giant panda-themed attire, waited outside the park in the morning. They received red eggs and pork knuckle ginger stew. According to Hong Kong customs, when a family has a newborn child, they distribute these foods to share joy.

Throughout the park, there were numerous cartoon images of the panda twins and welcome banners. The panda twins' father, Le Le, made a public appearance again at the park.

"I'm so delighted that Hong Kong has a new pair of panda cubs," said 75-year-old Lo, who brought a panda doll to take photos.

For the first time, Ocean Park launched a live-streaming session to show real-time footage of the panda twins. The female panda cub was the first to appear, lying on the bed and stretching occasionally.
