A low-altitude unmanned flight competition and a procurement fair for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's low-altitude aircraft industry opened on Friday at the Taocheng Airport in Hengshui, North China's Hebei province.

The two-day event aimed to showcase aerial skills and foster industrial cooperation, with format, scale, industry integration and application scenarios increased on previous additions, according to local organizers.

Almost 200 competitors and judges attended the event, co-hosted by the Taocheng district's government and seven municipal bureaus, with participants bringing over 100 low-altitude aircraft from across the country.
