One hundred sixty Oriental white storks fledge at Heilongjiang reserve

The Duluhe Provincial Nature Reserve in Luobei county of Hegang, Heilongjiang province, is currently experiencing the fledging season for Oriental white storks.

After three months of careful nurturing from their parents, all 160 newborn Oriental white storks in the reserve have survived to leave their nests and begin learning to fly, marking a historical high in breeding numbers.
