3 Brasserie Flo may be the closest thing you can get in Beijing if you want to experience a Paris-style romantic candlelight dinner. Flo is preparing a most romantic dinner by creating similar ambience as you would find in Paris. The Valentine's Day menus created by Flo's Michelin-trained chefs use only the finest ingredients such as truffle, foie gras, Alaskan king crab, French snails, Boston lobster and Australian beef.
