China issues 2010 panda commemorative coins

The People's Bank of China, or the central bank, issued a set of gold and silver commemorative coins on Monday, including 7 gold coins and 3 silver coins in one set.

Among all of the coins with various weights and face value, the central bank will issue a maximum of 800,000 silver round coins, weighing one ounce with a face value of 10 yuan ($1.46) for each.

The central bank will also issue a maximum of 200 round gold coins, weighing one kg, with a face value of 10,000 yuan of each.
