China stocks close lower Monday

BEIJING - Chinese shares closed lower Monday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 7.28 points, or 0.24 percent, to 3,022.75.

The Shenzhen Component Index fell 111.19 points, or 0.85 percent, to 12,925.05.
