The first Jiangxi Catering and Gan-style Cuisine Expo began on Friday in Nanchang city, Jiangxi province, attracting thousands of visitors. It is the largest expo ever held in the province to display Gan-style cuisine and related culture. The expo will wrap up on Saturday.
