Dalian auto show sells over 8,900 cars

The 17th Dalian International Automotive Exhibition concluded at Xinghai Bay in Dalian, a port city of Norheast China's Liaoning province on Aug 26, 2012. It attracted more than 380,000 people from home and abroad.

Roughly 1,200 cars from 12 countries, including top international brands like Bentley, Ferrari and Maserati, were on display during the five-day exhibition, which took up an exhibition area of over 120,000 square meters.

More than 8,900 cars were sold during the five-day exhibition. A series of cultural activities, such as a photo contest and a "Top Ten Car Models Selection", were held.
