Q&A | Luigi Maramotti

How do you spend you weekend?

I don't look at weekend as the only moment when I think freely about something. I'd like to have weekends during the working day.

What are your hobbies?

I don't have any particular hobbies because I enjoy myself everyday. I am not the sporting guy, but traveling is very challenging, as I frequently go from one place to another.

What is the saying that you like the most?

I don't have a favorite saying.

What book are you reading now?

La sfinge dei ghiacci. Gli italiani alla scoperta del grande Nord, written by Franco Brevini. They are biographies of people who are explorers. I like people who go to places that are untouched by human beings.

What do you consider to be your greatest achievement?

To have a family and have two kids. It is about fastening somebody to someone else. I consider the achievement for myself to be able to sustain many people in my company and give them the future in terms of salary and career. I feel pride to have these people live a better life.

What are your most treasured possessions?

I think in the end of their lives, human beings should target themselves not to possess anything.
