A court in Linyi, Shandong province, acquitted seven villagers who, three years ago, became warrantors for their boss who took a 3-million-yuan bank loan and fled.

Days later, they figured their boss had fled town with a bank loan of 3 million yuan, for which they had signed as warrantors.
The seven villagers fled town three years ago and returned only when their boss was arrested last month.
