With increased transparency, the Star Maintenance Menu lets customers estimate costs of each service visit as well as total maintenance costs within a certain time period or travel distance.
"Customer satisfaction has always been a top priority for Mercedes-Benz, and with the Star Maintenance Menu, it has again demonstrated its dedication to satisfying customer demand and providing high-quality after-sales services according to globally unified standards," said Nandy.
The menu covers both smart and Mercedes-Benz models.
Nandy also said Mercedes-Benz continues working to optimize its supply chain and logistics management.
At the same time, it continues to actively assess the costs of parts and labor, customer feedback and the market. Each factor was fully considered in creating the Star Maintenance Menu.
Prices are also unified across all authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships.
"As a result, the Star Maintenance Menu provides higher-quality services at better prices," said Nandy.
