Shanghai native makes tiny car with $240
Updated: 2014-12-26 11:13 (chinadaily.com.cn)A 60-year old Shanghai citizen Xu Zhimin made a mini car within 1500 yuan ($241) in two years. The toy-like car features a powerful engine from motorcycle, an accelerator, brake device and gear systems. It is also equipped with front and rear lights, klaxon devices and a set of sound system. The vehicle can run at a top speed of 20 kilometers per hour.
