How do you spend your weekend amid your busy schedule?

If I am at home, I spend time doing what my wife tells me to do or what my children want me to do ... with no complaints.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy coaching young basketball players.

In addition, I am fond of gardening, reading and cooking.

What is the saying that you like the most?

Never confuse activity with accomplishment.

What is the book you are reading now?

Think Like a Freak by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Spending time with family.

What is your greatest fear?

I don't believe in fear. ... I have faith.

What is the quality you most admire in a man?

Integrity in the face of adversity.

What do you value the most in your friends?

Their forgiving nature and patience.

What kind of green lifestyle do you follow?

At home, my family and I recycle whatever we can.

In the office, I've cut down on the amount of paper we use for printing by taking my laptop or tablet to meetings and on business trips.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Twenty-six years (and counting) of happy marriage and raising (in progress) six wonderful children.

What was your most memorable trip?

Going with basketball star Yao Ming to his grade school in Shanghai.
