Grandmas hired to care for kids

A children's welfare institute in Nanjing of Jiangsu Province is seeking 30 grandmas to give care and love to disabled children at the institute.

The institute is currently shorthanded, and each babysitter has to look after nine children at the same time. Because that kids under 3 become smarter if they are given more love and attention, the institute decided to hire 30 grandmothers to stay in the institute for 6 hours every day helping look after the children.
