White-collar workers vent anger in toy store

A business that helps people relieve stress by either breaking or squeezing toys, plates or porcelain bowls is now booming in Beijing.

A young girl bought 12 toy silicon-like fruits that could be repeatedly smashed and squashed against hard surfaces only to reassume their original shape.

"I could not only vent my anger but use them as decorations for my room while my mood was not so bad," she said.

Increasing numbers of white-collar workers of a similar age are now venting in a similar fashion.

"Business is so good we don't even need to advertise," Liu, a manager of a toyshop said.
