Ice and snow festival starts in Harbin

The 25th Harbin Snow and Ice Festival has gotten underway. The festival enjoys a fun-filled reputation for a fascinating variety of snow-related activities and competitions involving artists and ice lovers from around the world.

The 25th Harbin Snow and Ice Festival comprises five sections, the art of snow, snow sports, snow culture, snow tourism and a snow economy. A wide range of activities closely associated with snow are planned to be held on city squares around Harbin in the coming two months.

Now in its 25th year, the Harbin Snow and Ice Festival has gained worldwide recognition, as one of the top ten festival celebrations in China.
