Archeologists examine a pit from which workers excavated five mummies at a construction site in Shanshan County near Huoyanshan, or the Flaming Mountain in Turpan, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region January 6, 2009. The five well preserved bodies were confirmed by archeologists to be Han ethnic men living in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911AD). [CFP]
