Lottery winner monitors claims office for 3 days

The lucky man in Nanjing, Jiangsu province visited the provincial office but was afraid someone might have followed him to steal his money. He donned a sports suit, a tennis cap and sunglasses outside the office and rented a hotel room. He spied on the office to make sure he was safe and claimed the prize after three days.
