Hong Kong has just confirmed its second case of the A/H1N1 flu.

Health officials say the patient is a 24-year old man who had just returned from San Francisco in the US. Controller of the Center for Health Protection, Thomas Tsang, says the young man arrived on the evening of May 11th on Cathay Pacific flight CX879, and was sent straight to hospital after visiting the airport clinic. He's now under quarantine in an infectious disease hospital.

Tsang says Hong Kong regulations require 51 passengers who sat near the patient to be quarantined, but 45 have already left Hong Kong. The remaining 6 passengers have been tracked down and quarantined.
