Pedestrian wounded by falling scissors

A vendor had to get medical attention after a large scissors dropped on his head as he walked near a tall building in Chongqing municipality.

Surnamed He, 43, the vendor had completed his work and was going home when the scissors fell on his head. He started to bleed and had a 2 cm long wound.
