Man lives with snakes, spiders and lizards

A 26-year-old man has transformed his home in Wuchang, Hubei province, into something of a sanctuary for reptiles and insects.

For several years now, Zhao Jing has been raising boas, scorpions, spiders and lizards in his home.

The former chef spends most of his income looking after the animals. He began feeding ostriches at a bird park in 2007.

Zhao's landlady once tried to evict him but backed away after Zhao's other neighbors said they loved his animals.
