Firefighters try to cool down the blazed oil tank at a chemical plant in Urumqi, capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Sunday July 12, 2009. The fire was extinguished and no casualties were reported. The explosion, which hit a refinery in northern Urumqi around 9:50 a.m., is still under investigation, however the possibility of intentional sabotage is ruled out. Chemical experts suspect that an oil leakage amid high temperature is behind the blast. [Xinhua]
