Neighbor's noisy pets cause community conflict

An old couple has cut communication with their neighbors after complaining about noise created by their neighbor's excess of pets.

One neighbor kept eight chickens in their home while another had eight dogs. The chickens would crow at all hours of the morning and the dogs would bark repeatedly as the old couple entered and exited their home. "The problem has pained us more than we can bear," the old couple said.
