Man, 58, wants DNA to prove his pet is purebred

Updated: 2009-10-30 09:08 A man in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, is desperately searching for a hospital that would conduct a DNA test on his Tibetan mastiff. Li Zhengwang, 58, said he wanted to confirm if his 11,000-yuan dog, which he bought last month, was a purebred Tibetan mastiff. Several hospitals have already told Li that DNA tests are only done on humans. (Wuhan Morning Post) |
