Woman kidnaps girl, 4, for anti-rabies injection

A woman in Hengdong, Hunan province, kidnapped a 4-year-old girl of a family whose dog bit her last week.

The accused, 46, who was arrested the same day, said the girl's father refused to pay for her medical treatment after their dog attacked her, which is why she decided to kidnap his daughter.
