Two stand trial for sheltering prostitution

Updated: 2009-11-11 00:38 KUNMING: A man and a woman stood trial Tuesday in southwest China's Yunnan Province for allegedly providing shelter for prostitution.
The suspects rented four houses as venues that permitted and introduced Liu's daughter and other girls surnamed Zhao, Xing, Li and Wang to prostitute themsleves, the court heard in the closed-door trial from 9 am to 9 pm. The court did not hand down a verdict. |
