Xiao Qiang, an elementary school student in Tianjin municipality, is more often than not spotted walking on all fours. He isn't pretending to be a dog. He just loves eating ants and earthworms.

According to his classmates, Xiao rushes to the playground as soon as the bell for the recess goes off and all he does is search for ants and worms to eat.

The boy's mother consulted a psychiatrist, who said her son probably suffered from a syndrome called pica, which, due to lack of micro elements present in the body, causes problems in the neurotic system.
